• By submitting payment, you authorize MyTruckPoint to charge the provided payment method.
• Chargebacks:
  • If a chargeback is initiated, a $35.00 processing fee will be applied.
  • Any unpaid balances may be forwarded to a third-party collection agency.
  • Delinquent accounts may be reported to credit bureaus, potentially affecting your credit rating.
• You agree not to initiate unwarranted chargebacks and to contact us first to resolve disputes.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Any refunds or cancellations are granted at our sole discretion or as required by applicable law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the platform are owned by or licensed to MyTruckPoint. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

• MyTruckPoint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Your use of the Services is at your own risk

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyTruckPoint, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
