This 4'' System capitalizes on Toyota Tundra's large Wheelwell opening to allow use of 35'' tall tires with minimum lift height. The design of this 4'' System is a new style of suspension that delivers improved performance with fewer parts, and comes with an affordable price. The system includes replacement upper control arms constructed with .120'' wall 4130 Chromoly and 1'' FK Stainless Uniballs. Heavy duty extended length steering knuckles are included to provide proper functionality of the factory ESC (Electronic Stability Control) with 35'' tall tires. The knuckles retain the stock track width keeping the tires under the front fenders. The front differential is relocated to keep CV angles proper during the full range of travel. Front bump stop extensions and brake hose relocation brackets complete the front suspension. Rear lift comes from a 1'' lift block and u-bolt system to level the stance of the vehicle. The 4'' System is available with Dirt Logic 2.50 front Coilovers and rear Dirt Logic 2.25 shocks for increased travel and aggressive offroad driving.

Fast Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days via Purolator, FedEx, or Loomis Express.
  • Note: Delivery may take longer for distant warehouses or inter-warehouse transfers.

  • Remote Areas: Free shipping excludes remote regions.

Special Orders & Backorders

  • May incur additional handling fees (discussed before shipping).

  • After 30 days, contact the manufacturer first — if unresolved, our team will assist.

Oversized Items

  • Shipped via LTL Freight (items over 150 lbs or large dimensions).
  • We’ll confirm any added costs before shipping.

  • Special Handling Fees: Items like batteries may incur additional shipping fees.

Returns & Cancellations

In-Stock Items

  • Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
  • 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.

Backorders / Special Orders

  • 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
  • Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
  • Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
  • Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.

Core Fees

  • Not included in the purchase price.
  • Refundable upon return of the old part in usable condition.
