All BACKRACK™ Cab Guards are built using American made Hot Rolled Pickled and Oiled steel. This scale-free material ensures that scale will not peel off taking the finish with it. The Louvers are built from the same quality materials and have a rolled edge to provide better powder coat adhesion than a sharp slit edge.
MAXIMUM CORROSION RESISTANCE
The BACKRACK™ Louvered Rack is immersed in a multi-stage Electrostatic dip process ensuring that no area of the Louver is exposed to the elements. The Frame is then finished with BACKRACK™'s powder coat process providing industry leading corrosion protection. Watch the video below for details.
NO DRILL OR LOW PROFILE DRILL MOUNT OPTIONS
BACKRACK™'s Standard and Toolbox Hardware Kits allow you to secure your Cab Guard to your truck without having to drill holes on most late model applications. Our new Low Profile Drill Hardware allows your Toolbox to sit flush with the truck bed but requires you to drill two holes per side through the bed rail.

- Eligibility: Orders over $99 in the USA & Canada.
- Exceptions: Oversized or heavy items may incur extra fees (we’ll notify you before shipping).

Fast Shipping
- Processing: Orders placed before 2 PM usually ship the same day.
- Delivery Time: 2–5 business days via Purolator, FedEx, or Loomis Express.
- Note: Delivery may take longer for distant warehouses or inter-warehouse transfers.

- Special Handling Fees: Items like batteries may incur additional shipping fees.
Returns & Cancellations
In-Stock Items
- Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
- 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.
Backorders / Special Orders
- 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
- Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
- Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
- Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.
