Looking for an alternative to your stock fuel cell cap or maybe you need a fill cap for that custom oil tank or valve cover you are building? Well, look no further! Earlís has created a full line of Billet Fuel Cell Caps and Billet Fill Caps. Earlís caps are CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and they feature a bright black anodize for great looks and corrosion protection. Each cap features a laser etched Earlís logo so you know it is quality product. The Earlís Billet Fuel Cell Caps are available for Jaz, Harwood, or RCI fuel cells. The Kit features a 4.438 Inch 6 bolt flange and has a large 3 Inch opening with an easy to grip screw on cap that utilizes an O-ring seal. Stainless steel hardware is included for an easy installation.

Fast Shipping

- Delivery Time: 2–5 business days via Purolator, FedEx, or Loomis Express.
- Note: Delivery may take longer for distant warehouses or inter-warehouse transfers.

Returns & Cancellations
In-Stock Items
- Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
- 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.
Backorders / Special Orders
- 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
- Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
- Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
- Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.
