xBilstein Black Hawk Powersports coilovers are specifically engineered to vastly improve the performance of your UTV. These direct fit coilovers offer position sensitive damping and 4-way adjustability, all features that will take your UTV to the next level. Black Hawk Powersports feature Bilstein’s patented ZoneControl position sensitive technology that contains 5 independently tuned damping zones; 3 Compression and 2 Rebound. ZoneControl incorporates an internal Jounce Cut Off system (JCO) which is effectively a 2-Stage hydraulic bump stop. The JCO has a 10-position clicker that allows the rider to fine tune bottom out control. For Rebound, ZoneControl features a Rebound Cut Off (RCO) that acts to settle the vehicle at the final stage of suspension droop. The RCO will protect the damper, eliminating the need for a limit strap. Black Hawk Powersports offer 4 unique external adjustments; High/Low speed compression, rebound, and JCO. All easily accessible and ready for quick damping changes on the fly. Bilstein Black Hawk powersports are an all-aluminum design with gold finned reservoirs. All applications come with Dual Rate Coils and crossover nuts for easy ride height and spring preload adjustments. Black Hawk Powersports are completely serviceable and designed to be race ready right out of the box. This extremely versatile coilover package will provide excellent comfort and unsurpassed bottom out control. - Eligibility: Orders over $99 in the USA & Canada.
- Exceptions: Oversized or heavy items may incur extra fees (we’ll notify you before shipping).
- Non-Eligible Areas: Vancouver Island, Yukon, NWT, Nunavut, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & other U.S. territories.
Fast Shipping
- Processing: Orders placed before 2 PM usually ship the same day.
- Delivery Time: 2–5 business days via Purolator, FedEx, or Loomis Express.
- Note: Delivery may take longer for distant warehouses or inter-warehouse transfers.

Returns & Cancellations
In-Stock Items
- Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
- 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.
Backorders / Special Orders
- 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
- Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
- Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
- Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.
