Muffler contains an internal H-Pipe for increased performance and improved sound. 140638 is a full True Dual, split rear exit, Cat-Back(tm) system with 4" bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips. Black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips are also available. It gives the Toyota a great look, pure performance V-8 growl and a nice performance kick. The full dual system even weighs less than the factory single system, thanks to the lightweight T-304 stainless steel fabrication and, not surprisingly, out flows the stock exhaust. BORLA(r) Cat-Back(tm) & Axle-Back exhaust systems feature patented straight-through and multi-core technology designed to unleash hidden horsepower. Increased exhaust velocity adds power, driving excitement, fuel economy, and the distinctive BORLA(r) Sound of Power respected by motoring enthusiasts everywhere. Each system is built from premium T-304 stainless steel, superior to T-400 series knockoffs (such as 409), to give you the absolute best in performance and durability.   • Eligibility: Orders over $99 in the USA & Canada.
  • Exceptions: Oversized or heavy items may incur extra fees (we’ll notify you before shipping).
  • Non-Eligible Areas: Vancouver Island, Yukon, NWT, Nunavut, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & other U.S. territories.

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days via Purolator, FedEx, or Loomis Express.

Returns & Cancellations

In-Stock Items

  • Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
  • 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.

Backorders / Special Orders

  • 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
  • Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
  • Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
  • Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.
