36413-012 ParkPAC Air Conditioner for Park-Model Trailers
The Coleman-Mach 36413-012 ParkPAC is a specialty air conditioner for recreational park-model trailers. Its floor-level package uses oversized coils and two fan motors to provide 13,500 BTU/h delivered cooling with more than 500 CFM of airflow while keeping rooftop equipment off the coach.
Application and design
- Designed for recreational park-model trailer cooling
- Can connect directly to floor ducts or be positioned on the ground under or near the trailer as the installation permits
- Built-in mounting pad and service-access panels simplify placement and maintenance
- Dual fan motors and oversized coils support quiet, efficient operation
- Requires a compatible 24 VAC residential-style thermostat with a C wire
- Air conditioner only; this exact model is not the Two Ton PLUS heat-pump system

Returns & Cancellations
In-Stock Items
- Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
- 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.
Backorders / Special Orders
- 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
- Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
- Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
- Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.
