Using the innovative smartphone app available for download through your app store (available for both Android and IOS) you gain even more access to your trucks features including calibrating for tire size and gear ratio changes, throttle pedal sensitivity in each power level, engine Auto Start/Stop disable, engine high idle, TPMS settings, engine temperature protection, and top speed limiter! EZX app also allows you to read and clear trouble codes, check your emissions readiness status and perform a manual DPF regen cycle.

Returns & Cancellations

In-Stock Items

  • Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
  • 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.

Backorders / Special Orders

  • 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
  • Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
  • Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
  • Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.
