Insulates from -30 degrees Fahrenheit up to 550 plus degrees Fahrenheit, measures slightly less than one-eighth inch thick and weighs 47 hundredths of a pound per square foot, outperforms closest competitor brand by over forty percent, made in the USA for three decades. The HushMat Semi Truck Thermal Insulation Cab Package transforms your truck by reducing the noise and heat up to fifty percent. When driving on the highway at sixty-five or seventy miles per hour, or faster, your truck?s interior is over eighty to ninety decibels. This would be like turning on a garbage disposal or vacuum cleaner in your passenger seat. Fortunately, HushMat is designed to reduce that noise by up to 15 decibels. HushMat also reduces heat from your engine, exhaust, and sunlight from entering into your truck?s interior. When you truck is running, it can generate over 200 degrees Fahrenheit of heat that cooks your firewall and floor pan. These temperatures are often exceeded in the hot summer climates. That means your engine, headers, manifold, and exhaust produce a tremendous amount of heat that transfers through the firewall and floor pan. This heat also causes your air conditioner to work harder to maintain cool temperatures inside your cab. HushMat solves this problem by using USA manufactured visco elastic chemistry to insulate your interior and all allow your air conditioner to function more efficiently and making your truck considerably cooler. In an independent study, HushMat was proven to lower the temperature in your cab by over forty percent.

Returns & Cancellations
In-Stock Items
- Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
- 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.
Backorders / Special Orders
- 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
- Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
- Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
