The American Thunder® system is heavy 16-gauge mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing for durability and maximum performance. Includes a aluminized steel Super 50™ Series performance muffler for that perfect blend of a deep aggressive exterior sound, with a moderate interior tone that won't drive you out of the cab when having a conversation. The dual 2.50-inch tailpipes clear the factory spare tire and give you two choices of exit locations. Straight out the back for that true dual look, or exiting out each side behind the rear wheels, which is ideal for towing. The system is finished off with a pair of highly polished 3.00-inch 304 stainless steel tips embossed with the Flowmaster® name. Designed for an easy fit, these systems include all necessary parts, hardware and instructions for an easy installation you can do at home. Covered by our 3-year Limited Warranty. - Processing: Orders placed before 2 PM usually ship the same day.
- Delivery Time: 2–5 business days via Purolator, FedEx, or Loomis Express.
- Note: Delivery may take longer for distant warehouses or inter-warehouse transfers.

Returns & Cancellations
In-Stock Items
- Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
- 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.
Backorders / Special Orders
- 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
- Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
- Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
