The Rust Buster Rear Frame Section is designed to replace the frame location at the rear of your TJ Wrangler. Featuring an EZ Slip design, this repair section is constructed for easy installation, sliding onto the frame. It's worth noting that the repair section comes equipped with all necessary factory holes and mounting points, simplifying the installation process. The Rust Buster frame repair kit focuses on addressing the driver side rear frame section, which is connected to the rear crossmember. This kit is tailored to repair the rust-affected portions of the frame. The process involves capping over the existing frame from underneath after removing the corroded lower sections. Welding is then required for securing the upper part of the frame. Measuring 24 Inch in length, the Rust Buster Rear Frame Section is crafted from 11-Gauge steel. This durable material ensures the repair section's longevity. The manufacturing process involves CNC cutting, assembly and welding by Certified welders, maintaining high quality and precision. The use of CAD design technology ensures that each repair section is accurately modeled before production. This involves laser cutting, forming and finish welding to create a product that meets the highest standards of craftsmanship. The primary purpose of Rust Buster's Rear Frame Section is to contribute to the long-term roadworthiness of TJ Wranglers.
