Product Description
The Rust Buster Rear Frame Crossmember is designed to replace the frame location at the rear of your TJ Wrangler. Factory OE rubber mounts between the body and the rear crossmember can speed up the corrosion process. This crossmember, built with heavy-duty materials, offers a remedy for this concern. By tying together the two frame rails, this rear crossmember enhances the structural strength of the frame. It provides support for the rear of the vehicle's body and the bumper mounts, maintaining their alignment and functionality. Crafted from robust heavy-duty 11 Gauge steel, the crossmember is precisely CNC cut for durability. Its design meets or surpasses the original factory specifications. The installation process is simplified through the EZ Slip design. This design enables the repair section to slide onto the frame and includes all required factory holes and mounting points. Modern CAD design technology is utilized in the manufacturing process. Each repair section is meticulously modeled before undergoing laser cutting, forming and finish welding. This ensures a precise fit and consistent quality. The Rust Buster Rear Frame Crossmember is intended to extend the lifespan of your Jeep by addressing frame rot related issues and preventing further corrosion. It aims to keep your vehicle operational and roadworthy for many years.
