The Rust Buster Upper Track Bar Bracket is constructed from heavy duty 7 gauge steel. Installation, although requiring some expertise, is made as straightforward as possible. To fit this bracket, one needs to first disconnect the track bar. The next step involves cutting off the old, possibly rusted or damaged, mount. Once this is done, Rust Buster's new mount can be seamlessly welded in the exact place where the old one was. The integration is further facilitated by the EZ slip design, which allows for a snug fit onto the frame, aligning with all factory-designated holes and mounting points. This ensures that not only is the bracket securely in place but also that it maintains the original alignment and geometry of the vehicle. The meticulous design process is worth noting. Leveraging cutting-edge CAD design technology, each repair section is perfectly modeled before undergoing processes like laser cutting, forming and finish welding.
