Product Description
MagnaFlow HM Grade Federal/EPA Compliant Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter 93458 helps keep the check engine light off. DIY installation is easy with the proper tools (no cutting or welding required). With features including mandrel-bent tubing to eliminate flow restrictions and stainless steel construction to resist corrosion, you can have confidence in the quality of this catalytic converter. Using state-of-the-art 3D scanning systems in the design process, the MagnaFlow metrology department ensures this new part to fit and function like the original equipment. Designed to fit the 2007 to 2017 Toyota Tundra and 2008 to 2015 Toyota Sequoia, this direct-fit catalytic converter also interchanges with OE parts 17410-0S070 and 17410-0S011, among others. Avoid potential exhaust leaks by using the included gaskets to get a proper seal. This replacement part is designed to meet or exceed Federal emissions requirements set forth by the EPA, complying with legal standards for OBDII Federally registered vehicles with Federal/EPA Emission systems.
Features & Benefits
- MagnaFlow Converters Have A Ribbed Body That Minimizes Expansion And Distortion When The Converter Heats Up And Seam Welded Close To The Converter Body For A Strong, Tight Bond
- MagnaFlow Converters Have A 1/2 Inch Lap-Joint Where The Necks Meet The Body, The Neck Does Not Extend Into The Converter Body Where It Could Hamper Exhaust Flow
- Separate Dies On Different Sized Inlets, We Don’t Skimp By Putting Larger Neck Sizes On Smaller Bodies, This Would Reduce The Flow Of The Converter And Performance Of Our Product
- MagnaFlow Uses A Monolithic Honeycomb Catalyst, The Ceramic Is Designed For Maximum Flow And Surface Area, The Coating Method Is Strictly Controlled To Maintain Exact Specifications
- MagnaFlow Uses A Heavier Gauge Stainless Steel, Tip To Tip, Others Use Mixed Weights And Materials
- MagnaFlow Uses An Aluminized Or Stainless OEM-Style Ribbed Heat Shield That Creates A Rigid Wall Of Protection Against Heat And Adds To The Structural Stability Of The Converter
- MagnaFlow Installs A Factory Capped, 90 Degree Air Tube On “With Air” Converters, This Saves Time During Installation
- Limited 5 Year Or 50,000 Miles Construction And Limited 25,000 Miles Emission Warranty
