Maxxair 00-03812B Black MAXXFAN Dome 12V Exhaust Vent

Maxxair 00-03812B is a compact black 12V MAXXFAN Dome exhaust vent for suitable roof or sidewall installations. The manufacturer’s exact black-model listing identifies it without LED lights; do not choose it as an LED-lit Dome model.

Product Description

The small exhaust-only fan is intended for ventilation and moisture control in areas such as an RV bathroom or shower space. It is not a reversible full-size roof fan or a replacement selected only by the colour of an existing vent.

Roof and sidewall installations have different sealing and guard requirements. Verify the opening, wall/roof thickness and power supply with the applicable model instructions before cutting or ordering installation materials.

Features & Benefits

  • Compact 12V exhaust-only ventilation.
  • Manual-lift lid with push-button locking operation.
  • Removable screen for cleaning.
  • Matching guard supplied for the required sidewall arrangement.

Compatibility & Applications

  • For suitable roof or sidewall ventilation, with correct opening and mounting structure.
  • The black 00-03812B manufacturer listing specifies no LED lights.
  • Check the exact regional/model installation guide before using opening or extension dimensions.
  • Not for exhausting hazardous or explosive vapours.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Does 00-03812B include LED lighting?

Q: Can it be installed in a sidewall?

Q: Is it a full-size standard roof-vent replacement?

A: No. It is a compact Dome vent; measure the actual opening and consult the correct model guide.

Q: What power supply does it use?

A: A suitable fused 12V DC circuit installed according to the applicable instructions.

Q: Can it remove hazardous fumes?

A: No. The manufacturer’s guide limits it to general ventilation and excludes hazardous or explosive vapours.
