Mishimoto has released a performance intercooler kit for the 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke.This kit includes everything you need to improve airflow, substantially lower air charge temperatures, reduce EGTs, and support your truck at any power level.The first key component is the Mishimoto intercooler piping; our engineers have maximized airflow by eliminating restrictive bends, allowing for a smooth and unimpeded airflow.The pipes are constructed of mandrel bent aluminum polished to a mirror finish.This kit includes Mishimoto silicone boots with DuraCore technology and constant-tension T-bolt clamps for accurate and consistent holding power.Mishimoto DuraCore technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone diesel boots.Compared to normal silicone, DuraCore provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil.This effectively increases the life of our boots by preventing leaks and blowouts.This package is rounded out with the Mishimoto intercooler, featuring a significant increase in core volume, extremely durable cast aluminum end tanks, and a bar-and-plate core, all designed to provide cool, dense air to your engine.Our intercooler reduces pressure drop, which results in an overall increase in engine efficiency.All the components in this kit are engineered to last, just like your truck.Offered with either a black or silver core, the Mishimoto 6.0L Powerstroke intercooler kit is protected by our signature lifetime warranty.

  • Shipped via LTL Freight (items over 150 lbs or large dimensions).
  • We’ll confirm any added costs before shipping.

Returns & Cancellations

In-Stock Items

  • Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
  • 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.

Backorders / Special Orders

  • 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
  • Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
  • Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
  • Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.
