The Mishimoto 2016+ Nissan Titan XD intercooler is manufactured with robust cast aluminum end tanks and a dense bar-and-plate core. Our engineers developed an intercooler with increased core volume that can support substantial boost pressures and lower EGTs in your stock or modified truck. The Mishimoto 2016+ Nissan Titan XD performance intercooler features larger-than-factory intercooler outlets for increased flow. Included with this intercooler are two silicone boots with DuraCore technology and our signature Constant Tension T-bolt Clamps for consistent and reliable holding power. Mishimoto DuraCore technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone diesel boots. Compared to normal silicone, DuraCore provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel and oil. This effectively increases the life of our boots by preventing leaks and blow-outs. Returns & Cancellations
In-Stock Items
- Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
- 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.
Backorders / Special Orders
- 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
- Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
- Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
- Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.

- Refundable upon return of the old part in usable condition.
