Luckily, Mishimoto has developed a direct-fit transmission cooler to do just that. Our 1994-2002 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins transmission cooler utilizes a tube-and-fin core for reliable and powerful cooling. The Mishimoto transmission cooler boasts a 116% greater core volume, 141% increase in fluid capacity, and 134% greater fin surface area than the stock 1994-2002 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins transmission cooler. If you've ever removed the stock transmission cooler from a 2nd Gen Ram, you probably know that the quick-disconnect fittings are usually not quick anymore. To save you the hassle of removing seized fittings, Mishimoto provides two CNC-machined, stainless steel hose barb fittings so you can cut to the chase, literally. These fittings and the supplied transmission fluid hose allow you to remove the quick-disconnect fittings and connect the stock soft-line to the Mishimoto cooler. Like all Mishimoto products, this transmission cooler is backed up by our Lifetime Warranty with Accident Protection for worry free cooling as long as you own it.

Free Shipping

  • Eligibility: Orders over $99 in the USA & Canada.
  • Exceptions: Oversized or heavy items may incur extra fees (we’ll notify you before shipping).
  • Non-Eligible Areas: Vancouver Island, Yukon, NWT, Nunavut, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & other U.S. territories.

Fast Shipping

  • Processing: Orders placed before 2 PM usually ship the same day.
  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days via Purolator, FedEx, or Loomis Express.
  • Note: Delivery may take longer for distant warehouses or inter-warehouse transfers.

Returns & Cancellations

In-Stock Items

  • Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
  • 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.

Backorders / Special Orders

  • 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
  • Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
  • Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
  • Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.
