These workhorse turbodiesels produce mounds of boost pressure to churn out the serious torque that you need. This abuse takes its toll on the intercooling system, especially the piping. The Mishimoto pipe and boot kit replaces the stock system with a pair of tough, mandrel-bent aluminum pipes for both the intercooler's hot and cold sides for maximum durability. This kit includes Mishimoto Silicone Boots with DuraCore technology. Mishimoto DuraCore technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto Silicone Diesel Boots. Compared to normal silicone, DuraCore provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil. This effectively increases the life of our boots by preventing leaks and blowouts. The kit includes Mishimoto Constant-Tension T-bolt Clamps for accurate and consistent holding power to add even more reliability. For the best performance, make sure to pair this kit with our Mishimoto Ford 7.3l Powerstroke Performance Intercooler. The Mishimoto Intercooler Pipe and Boot kit for the Ford F-Series 7.3L Powerstroke is available in a polished and wrinkle-black powder-coated finish and includes the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty for a worry-free installation.

Fast Shipping

  • Processing: Orders placed before 2 PM usually ship the same day.
  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days via Purolator, FedEx, or Loomis Express.
  • Note: Delivery may take longer for distant warehouses or inter-warehouse transfers.

Returns & Cancellations

In-Stock Items

  • Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
  • 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.

Backorders / Special Orders

  • 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
  • Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
  • Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
  • Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.
