These thermostats are designed as a direct-fit replacement for your aged factory units. The Mishimoto thermostats have a lower activation temperature (187?F/197?F) compared to the factory thermostats (192?F/203?F). The lower activation temperatures allow coolant to flow through the engine earlier, which reduces and maintains lower engine temperatures. These thermostats are ideal for use in warmer climates or under extreme towing/driving conditions. Pair this thermostat set with the Mishimoto 6.4L Powerstroke Aluminum Performance Radiator for a complete cooling system overhaul. As with all our products, these thermostats include the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty, ensuring superior product quality and craftsmanship.

Returns & Cancellations
In-Stock Items
- Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
- 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.
Backorders / Special Orders
- 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
- Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
- Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
- Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.
