Our direct OEM replacement radiator combines the affordability of our plastic end tank radiators with the durability of our performance 6.4 Powerstroke radiator. The exclusive Mishimoto lower bushings help isolate the radiator from frame flex to extend the life of the radiator and prevent leaks that the 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke is notorious for. Our direct-fit design means that There's no need to bend, cut, or modify anything to ensure a proper fitment in your vehicle. This radiator features OEM spec plastic end tanks attached to an aluminum core for stock cooling efficiency. You can also pair this radiator with our 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Upper Support Bar for a rock-solid front end. This 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke Replacement Radiator is a perfect replacement to keep your cooling system in top notch shape. Returns & Cancellations
In-Stock Items
- Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
- 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.
Backorders / Special Orders
- 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
- Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
- Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
- Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.
