Mishimoto has developed a silicone coolant hose kIt'specifically for the 2008-2010 6.4L Powerstroke. Mishimoto silicone hose kits are constructed from a combination of high-grade silicone and five layers of heat-resistant embedded fibers to provide the ultimate upgrade in reliability, durability, and performance. The engineers at Mishimoto designed four 6061 aluminum CNC-machined couplers which mate the silicone hoses to either the factory or Mishimoto radiator and include spring clips for a simple install. All of the CNC-machined couplers also feature a double o-ring design to prevent air pockets from entering the cooling system. To add even more reliability, the CNC-machined couplers are pre-attached with worm-gear clamps for an easy install and accurate, consistent holding power. This silicone coolant hose kit is the perfect addition to the Mishimoto 6.4L Powerstroke Performance Aluminum Radiator. The Mishimoto 6.4L Powerstroke Silicone Coolant Hose Kit includes our signature Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

  • Eligibility: Orders over $99 in the USA & Canada.
  • Exceptions: Oversized or heavy items may incur extra fees (we’ll notify you before shipping).
  • Non-Eligible Areas: Vancouver Island, Yukon, NWT, Nunavut, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & other U.S. territories.

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days via Purolator, FedEx, or Loomis Express.

Returns & Cancellations

In-Stock Items

  • Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
  • 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.

Backorders / Special Orders

  • 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
  • Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
  • Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
  • Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.
