xLooking for ideal fluid temperature regulation for your next project? Mishimoto has the answer with our innovative, ingenious in-line oil thermostat. This sleek unit features a perfect blend of both form and function, and is precision-engineered to properly regulate engine oil, transmission fluid, or any other driveline fluid. The Mishimoto In-Line Oil Thermostat is CNC-machined from a single piece of billet 6061 aluminum. This component is ideal for projects where space or clearance places a constraint on using a standard oil sandwich plate. The included thermostat regulates temperatures at 185 degrees Fahrenheit, which is easily interchanged with our 160 degree and 200 degree thermostat units to accommodate to any project. This in-line thermostat includes four -10AN fittings with dowty seals for leak-free line connections. Additionally, this thermostat includes a CNC-machined heat-sink which provides an enhancement in style and helps to reduce fluid temperatures. This also includes a universal mounting bracket and the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty, ensuring superior product quality and craftsmanship.

- Eligibility: Orders over $99 in the USA & Canada.
- Exceptions: Oversized or heavy items may incur extra fees (we’ll notify you before shipping).

Fast Shipping
- Processing: Orders placed before 2 PM usually ship the same day.
- Delivery Time: 2–5 business days via Purolator, FedEx, or Loomis Express.
- Note: Delivery may take longer for distant warehouses or inter-warehouse transfers.

- Shipped via LTL Freight (items over 150 lbs or large dimensions).
- We’ll confirm any added costs before shipping.

Returns & Cancellations
In-Stock Items
- Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
- 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.
Backorders / Special Orders
- 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
- Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
- Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
- Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.
