Frequently asked questions

Q: Is 33111 a complete awning?

A: No. It is one tapered extension panel. A compatible Batwing or Sunseeker awning is required separately.

Q: Which awnings fit?

A: Rhino-Rack lists Batwing 33100 left, Batwing 33200 right and Sunseeker 2.5 m 32133.

Q: Can it fit a Batwing Compact?

A: No. Full-size and Compact Batwing extensions use different part numbers and dimensions.

Q: Are the pole and anchors included?

A: Yes. Rhino-Rack includes a pole, pegs and guy ropes with the extension.

Q: Can multiple panels connect together?

A: Yes. Side zippers and Velcro tabs allow compatible new-generation extensions to join. Up to four can be used around a full Batwing.

Q: Will it zip to older 33103 or 33107 panels?

A: No. Rhino-Rack states that older tapered-side zippers are not cross-compatible; they can connect to the new panel only with the Velcro tabs.

Q: Is the fabric waterproof?

A: Rhino-Rack describes the panel as waterproof and tear resistant, but correct tension and runoff angle are still necessary.

Q: How should it be stored?

A: Remove dirt, let the fabric dry completely and store it loosely in a dry place to reduce mildew and coating damage.
