The Rhino-Rack TORKEY-S is a genuine 5mm torque-indicating security Allen key designed for installing, tightening, adjusting, and removing compatible Rhino-Rack roof rack hardware. Compact and easy to store, this short torque key is ideal for Rhino-Rack systems that use 5mm security hex bolts, including many Rhino-Rack Vortex roof rack legs and bases.
The TORKEY-S is specifically engineered to help achieve the recommended tightening torque of 4–5 Nm, reducing the risk of over-tightening and potential damage to roof rack components. Its curved blue handle gradually straightens as torque increases, indicating when the proper tightness has been reached.
A drilled center shaft allows compatibility with Rhino-Rack security-style hardware featuring a center-pin design, making it an essential tool for maintaining and installing Rhino-Rack systems.

Returns & Cancellations
In-Stock Items
- Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
- 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.
Backorders / Special Orders
- 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
- Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
- Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
- Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.
