Swagman · E-Bike Hitch Rack

Swagman 66689 E-Spec 2-Bike Platform Rack

The Swagman E-Spec 66689 is a heavy-duty, two-bike platform rack for Class 3 2-inch receivers. It uses locking ratchet hooks and a locking threaded hitch pin, carries wide tires and supports heavier e-bikes, with a reduced load limit and required bolt configuration for towable-RV use.

Manufacturer-discontinued model: Swagman identifies 66689 as discontinued. This page documents the exact product and its limits; availability may be limited. The manufacturer points customers to the newer 67689 E-Spec Pro, which is a different part number.

Capacity by application

  • Cars, trucks and motorhomes: up to 80 lb per bike.
  • Towable RVs, travel trailers and fifth-wheels: up to 70 lb per bike.
  • Use only with a Class 3 2-inch receiver.
  • Do not use a hitch extension; Swagman states this voids the warranty.
  • Fits 20–29-inch wheels and tires up to 5 inches wide.
