Tonno Pro Β· Soft Roll-Up Tonneau Cover

Tonno Pro LR-1005 Lo-Roll for Chevy & GMC 6'6" Beds

Tonno Pro LR-1005 is a low-profile soft roll-up tonneau cover for listed 1988–2006 Chevrolet/GMC C/K and Silverado/Sierra applications, including specified 2007 Classic trucks, with the 6-foot-6-inch Fleetside bed. It mounts inside the bed rails and rolls to the cab for full bed access.

Features & Benefits

  • Low-profile inside-rail mounting: preserves the clean bed-rail appearance and leaves the rail tops more accessible for compatible accessories.
  • 24-oz dual-sided marine-grade vinyl: combines a leather-grain black finish with a rigid aluminum rail structure.
  • Integrated tension control: helps keep the roll-up tarp properly tensioned as temperatures change.
  • Full bed access: release the rear latches, roll the cover to the bulkhead and secure it with the built-in straps.
  • Clamp-on installation: vehicle-specific rails and clamps install without drilling when fitted according to the instructions.
  • Four-sided perimeter seals: improve weather resistance; as with any soft cover, the system is not a watertight or cut-resistant enclosure.

Fitment & Compatibility

Vehicle-specific coverage includes listed 1988–1999 Chevrolet/GMC C/K 1500/2500 pickups and 1999–2006 Silverado/Sierra 1500/2500/3500 applications, plus specified 2007 Silverado/Sierra Classic models, all with the conventional 6'6" Fleetside bed.

Do not order by year alone: this cover is not for 5'8", 8-foot, Stepside/Flareside or new-body 2007 bed configurations. Confirm model, bed style and measured bed length.

What’s Included & What Is Separate

  • One LR-1005 vinyl roll-up cover assembly with rails, tarp, rear latch and integrated tension system.
  • Vehicle-specific clamps, seals and installation instructions.
  • Bed racks, toolboxes, cargo-management adapters and tailgate lock are separate.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Which truck does this exact cover fit?

A: It fits the listed 1988–2006 Chevrolet/GMC C/K and Silverado/Sierra applications, including specified 2007 Classic trucks, with the conventional 6'6" Fleetside bed.

Q: What bed length is required?

A: This part is built for the 6-foot-6-inch Fleetside bed application. Bed length and factory bed configuration must be confirmed before ordering.

Q: Does it require drilling?

A: No. The vehicle-specific rails use the included clamp-on hardware; follow the supplied instructions and verify clamp security after installation.

Q: How much bed access does it provide?

A: The tarp rolls to the bulkhead and secures with integrated straps, opening essentially the full bed for taller cargo.

Q: Does it lock on its own?

A: The cover latches at the tailgate and helps conceal cargo. For the best deterrence, the truck must have a closed and locked tailgate; a soft vinyl cover is not cut-proof.

Q: Is it completely waterproof?

A: No tonneau cover should be treated as a watertight container. The four-sided seals improve weather resistance, but some water intrusion can occur in severe conditions or through bed gaps.

Q: Can bed-rail accessories still be used?

A: The inside-rail design leaves the rail tops more accessible, but accessory clearance varies. Confirm compatibility for racks, caps, toolboxes or cargo-management hardware before combining them.

Q: What warranty applies?

A: Tonno Pro lists a limited lifetime warranty for covered material or workmanship defects for the original consumer, subject to the current manufacturer terms and exclusions.

More product details & helpful resources

Exact-product evidence: Tonno Pro/RealTruck lists part LR-1005 as the Lo-Roll soft roll-up cover; application data identifies the older C/K and Classic 6'6" Fleetside configurations.

Warranty: the manufacturer lists limited lifetime coverage for applicable material or workmanship defects for the original consumer, with exclusions and proof-of-purchase requirements.

Confirm the truck’s old-body/Classic designation and bed measurement before ordering; β€œ2007” alone is ambiguous.
