TrailFX BR015T Roof Rack System — Ford Bronco 4-Door
TrailFX BR015T is a direct-fit external roof-rack system for 2021–2024 Ford Bronco four-door models with a hard or soft top. The steel tube structure mounts to factory windshield accessory points and the rear tub area without drilling the body. It is rated to a maximum 300 lb dynamic load and 600 lb static load, subject to the Bronco’s own limits and correct load distribution.
Verified vehicle conditions
- 2021–2024 Ford Bronco four-door.
- Works with hard-top and soft-top applications.
- Crossbar removal may be required to operate or remove the soft top or access hard-top panels.
- Not verified for Bronco Sport or two-door Bronco.
Construction and capacity
- Heavy-duty steel tubing with e-coat plus textured black powder coat.
- Four round crossbars and direct-fit side structure.
- 300 lb maximum dynamic capacity while driving.
- 600 lb maximum static capacity while parked.
- Capacity is a distributed-load maximum and does not override vehicle roof/body, accessory or off-road load limits.

Returns & Cancellations
In-Stock Items
- Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
- 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.
Backorders / Special Orders
- 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
- Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
- Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
- Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel orders — please contact us directly.
