BD's Turbo Thruster II turbo utilizes a custom-designed 360-degree thrust bearing and is mated to a heavy wall backplate to increase durability and reduce heat. Additionally, to improve centrifugal strength at high speed, BD uses a 66 mm Ballistic Billet compressor wheel. To prevent boost creep, BD's exclusive Heavy Duty Waste Gate controls maximum boost pressure while the 0.84 A/R turbine housing reduces exhaust temperatures and smoke levels on acceleration without surging. This unit outperforms the stock turbocharger, improves fuel economy, and is a great fit for all off-road, street, and highway 7.3L Power Stroke applications. Plus, it is C.A.R.B. compliant!

Returns & Cancellations

In-Stock Items

  • Cancel before shipment; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
  • 20% restocking fee, excluding oversize item. Both way shipping is customer responsibility under store error.

Backorders / Special Orders

  • 5% restocking fee applies if canceled within 30 days.
  • Non-cancellable once shipped from the manufacturer.
  • Refused Deliveries: Refund minus shipping & restocking fees (excludes special orders).
