Westin Β· HDX Grille Guard

Westin 57-3545 HDX Grille Guard β€” Ram 1500 & Classic

Westin 57-3545 is a black e-coated-steel HDX grille guard for the listed older-body Ram 1500 applications. A welded one-piece assembly combines wrap-around wings, headlight guards and a full punch-plate centre. Select by body, trim, engine and driver-assistance equipment; this is not a universal Ram guard.

Features & Benefits

  • 2-inch wrap-around wing tubing and one-piece welded construction.
  • Full punch-plate centre grille.
  • Wide upright rubber strips, approximately 2.75 inches wide and 1/8 inch thick.
  • Mount kit included; black powder-coated steel carries the three-year limited warranty.

Compatibility & Applications

Manufacturer catalogue coverage verified here: 2009–2018 Dodge/Ram 1500 and 2019–2023 Ram 1500 Classic. Later Classic years require separate exact-application confirmation.

Excludes Express, Rebel, Sport, TRX and Warlock where applicable, EcoDiesel and plastic-bumper vehicles. Not for the newer-body Ram 1500.

Manufacturer footnotes warn of interference with adaptive cruise control, front parking sensors and forward-collision-warning systems. Do not assume these systems remain usable with the guard.

Factory tow hooks must be removed if equipped. The exact installation has different bumper-panel procedures according to model year and tow-hook equipment; verify the actual bumper before work.
